Any letters in your eID must be entered in lowercase. (example - 'myeid' instead of 'MYEID').

When finished, select Login.

The login to eservices/VCU Self Service uses your current eID and eID password. If you are having login problems, please verify your eID credentials by logging into the myVCU Portal and then returning here. If you cannot login into the portal, please contact the Technology Services Help Desk at 828-2227.
